If you are not satisfied with any of the products you have purchased at FragranceMarket.com, you may return unopened and unused merchandise in its original condition within 30 days for a refund. If your product is outside of the 30 day return policy window, please feel free to contact one of our customer service representatives for further assistance. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Return Instructions – 4 Easy Steps to No Hassle Returns
Before shipping your return we recommend that you review our entire return guidelines below.
- Obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) by completing our web-form click here
- Return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging within 30 days of receipt. You are welcome to keep your free samples or gifts with purchase – those are yours!
- If you still have it, please include a copy of your packing slip along with your RMA#.

You are responsible for return shipping charges. To ensure that we receive your return, we recommend using a method of shipment with tracking and insurance.
- In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number
- You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges
- Items Purchased During Sales and/or Promotions can not be returned
- Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded
- We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.
- Returned products are subject to inspection by Fragrance Market staff.
- Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned to the customer or destroyed upon request. Refund eligibility is determined once your return is received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment.
